How ROI is calculated

ROI was being worked out against every stake placed, including bets that had not settled yet. Unsettled bets have not returned anything, so counting them made the figure look worse than it was. ROI now uses settled bets only. This means the numbers on the bankroll pages have moved up. Nothing about the bets themselves has changed, only the sum.
