Furlong is operated by Furlong Lab LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Furlong provides racing and football information, tools, research, records and member content. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.

The service is for your own personal use. You are responsible for any betting decisions you make and for checking prices, markets and bookmaker terms before placing a bet.

Furlong is not a bookmaker, financial adviser or guarantee of profit. Statistics, tips, AI outputs, research and historical records are information only. Markets move, bets can lose and past results do not guarantee future returns.

Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, please seek support from BeGambleAware.org.

• A Free Member account provides access only to the dedicated Free Member area and any public pages. It does not include paid tools, member data or premium selections.
• Membership access is tied to the account that completed the purchase.
• Prices, renewal timing and cancellation terms shown by the billing provider when you purchase form part of your membership terms.
• Access can change when a membership ends, a payment is reversed or an account is moved to free access. When eligible paid access ends, the same account may retain its stored history while access is limited to the Free Member area.
• Suspended or deactivated accounts receive no normal member access. Lifetime access is not treated as expired monthly access.
• Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share, sell or make your account available to anyone else.

Community areas are provided to help members discuss the service and share ideas. Be respectful, do not post personal or contact details, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate, spam or mislead other people.

We may moderate, remove or restrict access to community content or accounts where it is needed to protect members or enforce these terms.

We aim to keep Furlong available and accurate, but feeds, markets, data suppliers and internet services can change or fail. Features, coverage and content may be updated, paused or removed where needed to operate the service responsibly.
